The South Beach Wine and Food Festival again this year features a “Burger Bash” to determine the best burger in the US. Last year the Shake Shack took the crown and this year faces tough competition from 16 other entries, including a “that-can’t-be-good-oh-my-that-sounds-delicious” Florida eateries “Gruyere fondue, pretzel burger with fried spiced shallots.” High-falutin for sure.
Anothony Bourdain would be happy to know that Rachael Ray will be on hand to announce the winner.
